2. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract, without explanation, within 14 days from the day you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement sent by email.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you terminate this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in no event later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such a refund.
5. Return of the Assets
You are requested to return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. You are responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.
6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:
- Custom-made or clearly customized goods.
- Assets that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.
