POLYPROPYLENE GRID 500X500MM is a polypropylene grid to be used together with adjustable supports for outdoor raised floor to ensure the creation of an even laying surface . A continuous and safe laying plane

The safety grid consists of a panel with dimensions of 50 x 50 cm and height of 4 cm, produced from black thermoplastic polymer. The purpose of this panel is to create a subfloor on which a variety of flooring types, such as porcelain tile, marble, stone, etc., can be laid directly.
The grids are placed next to each other and are bound together by “dovetail” joints arranged around the perimeter, thus forming a continuous and secure laying surface. The system is completed with the coupling of the height-adjustable supports (PRIME®, SE, NM, SB), the head of which rests on the soffit of the panels in the slots provided in the corners of the panels, in the center of the panel and along the side edges.

A more robust substructure

In case a stronger substructure is desired, we recommend adding support in the center of the grid and along the four side edges. The Safety Grid should be applied in outdoor environments. In the case of laying with porcelain stoneware slabs or other types of slabs, we recommend using the following accessories:

• MINI DM spacer without ferrule, thickness 4 mm
• LGH leveler, diameter 110 mm, thickness 1 – 2 – 3 mm
• Cross height 15 mm, thickness 2 – 3 – 4 mm
• Stainless steel or PP perimeter spacer

Laying instructions

1. Place the supports on the laying surface and adjust the desired height;
2. Lay the grid panels on top of the supports at the special slots provided and bring the
panels with each other via “dovetail” grafts;
3. Verify that the continuous surface thus obtained is perfectly flat; if necessary, use the wrench of
adjustment;
4. Lay the paving elements (porcelain tile, marble, stone, etc.) taking care to
