400X400MM CAREY BROWN MASPS is a Siligranite plate, dim. 400×400mm, thickness 35mm, for siligranite outdoor raised floors. The strength of porphyry for extremely durable paving.

MASPE tiles represent a novelty with modern design and features in the 20 mm thick porcelain stoneware market. In fact, the numerous tests conducted certify its strength characteristics flexuralof 3.5 MPa according to UNI EN 10545 standard, which are truly remarkable when compared to the current offer. Its certified slipperiness in class R11 according to DIN Standard 51130 and excellent frost resistance also validate its superior safety of use for outdoor raised floors.

MASPE ATOM20 SILIGRANITE tiles are made from raw materials of great technical potential. This potential is enhanced through an innovative production process, integral by mass and surface where shape and aesthetics are stabilized by firing at temperatures that can exceed 1200 °C.

MASPE’s outdoor raised floor slabs offer a low price point that is very competitive with traditional bonded solutions. In fact, maintenance costs are minimized and any replacement work is simple and immediate. Installation of the modules on polypropylene supports allows the individual module to be removed, in whatever position it is, without the need to work on the perimeter.
