DCX-250 XPERT ELECTRIC SAWING MACHINE

DCX-250 XPERT ELECTRIC SAWING MACHINE designed for intensive cutting of porcelain tiles (BIa) and any other type of ceramic tile (BIIa / BIIb / BIII / AIb), while allowing occasional cutting of natural stone pieces. In particular, this electric saw is recommended for cutting 20 mm porcelain stoneware, which is widely used for outdoor raised floors.

Innovative triple beam system

The design of the DCX-250 Xpert saws includes a highly reinforced aluminium frame with an innovative triple beam system and steel fronts to improve the stability and rigidity of the entire frame. The moving head of the DCX-250 Xpert is moved by a reinforced guide, also made of aluminium, for better and more precise cutting. This system also incorporates a high-performance cutting effect, which allows the cutting height to be adjusted according to the user’s needs.

C3 Phyton cooling system

RUBI’s DCX-250 Xpert electric saws include the C3 Phyton cooling system, which allows the water application point to be adjusted according to the thickness of the material, ensuring that the water hits the cutting point directly. The C3 Phyton system increases cooling efficiency and reduces water loss and dispersion. More efficient cooling helps increase the performance of the diamond blade. The cooling system of the DCX-250 Xpert is complemented by a double steel decanter for more efficient recovery of the water used, which is channelled to the external 30-litre capacity tank. By using an external tank, handling during cleaning and filling is easier and faster.

Reinforced handles and wheels

The models in the DCX-250 Xpert range incorporate reinforced handles and wheels (off-road type), which provide a better experience when transporting and handling saws. Its foldable, reinforced legs include a quick-lock system and a safety device that prevents unintentional bending while working and any movements that may be performed in the same workplace. In addition, the DCXs include a controller to ensure correct levelling of the cutting table.

ZERO DUST system, patented and certified

Always with the professional’s safety in mind, RUBI has equipped the DCX-250 Xpert models with its ZERO DUST system, patented and certified by TNO*. Due to the reduction of respirable dust particles generated during cutting, this allows for safe exposure to % silica from ceramic materials and natural stone.
