MANUAL TILE CUTTER TX-1250 MAX is a professional manual tile cutter perfect for INTENSIVE cutting of all types of ceramic tiles. Thanks to the high-performance MULTIPUNTO separator and its rotating angle system, the TX-MAX models allow quick and easy cuts (0° to 45°), especially in 20 mm porcelain tiles (AIa / BIa). Its high separation power (up to 1200 kg) allows the TX-MAX tile cutter to perform excellently on extruded stoneware.
Impressive structural strength
Steel guide rails with a diameter of 30 m and the separator assembly with extra-long aluminium pressers provide impressive structural strength, making full use of the models with the highest cutting capacity (TX-1020 MAX and TX-1250 MAX).
Increases visibility during engraving
The forward position of the engraving wheel increases visibility during engraving and separation, and the separator incorporates a removable guard that allows work on the most delicate surfaces without the risk of leaving marks.
One-handed operation
The separator mechanism allows for one-handed operation, facilitating the locking and unlocking of the separator by means of a release button. This system increases working performance for both thinner and thicker materials (3 to 21 mm without the protector and up to 19 with the anti-marking protector that includes the separator).
Model 1250 has 4 arms
As a complement to the system in the floating bases, the 710 and 1020 models are equipped with two additional side arms to increase the support surface with large format tiles. The 1250 model has four arms (two on each side).
They include a side latch
All models in the TX-MAX line include a lateral stop for measuring and blocking repetitive cuts, as well as two scroll wheels (8 mm and 22 mm EXTREME) and a case. TX-MAX manual tile cutters are compatible with the entire range of RUBI PLUS rollers.
Easy portability
The TX-1250 MAX also includes a handle and wheels for easy portability in the workplace.
*There are some ceramic materials, with thicknesses greater than 15 mm, which, due to their physical characteristics, possible internal stresses or finishes, present difficulties in being cut by hand. It is recommended to make a few sample cuts to determine product compatibility.
